As a new business that is striving to hit the ground running, the client requested a sleek, cutting edge website that captures the efficiency, elegance and upscale atmosphere of their opening salon.

Provide a web solution that offers stylists a functional portal as well as clients an intuitive source of information and booking capabilities.

RESEARCH SUMMARY
I conducted interviews and competitor analysis, which I then turned into both empathy and journey maps to better understand the target user and their needs. I discovered that many target users desire the ability to quickly find specific information and navigate their portal. Stylists overall have not experienced having a platform with a portal catered towards their needs, which offers much potential to foster stylist satisfaction.
